For over two decades Mark served as the CEO of Jefferson Memorial Hospital, and since then has been Vice President of Compirion Healthcare Solutions. He is currently a member of HS4HS and President of Brodeur Consulting.

Mark brings over 40 years of experience in healthcare management and consulting to his clients. Through his background and knowledge base, Mark is able to address the real world issues faced by clients trying to improve operational performance and culture development. He has 22 years experience as a hospital CEO in for-profit and not-for-profit settings and over a decade of additional experience as a healthcare consultant and executive coach. He has a track record of making significant improvements to those hospitals by strengthening their financial performance, growing services and redeveloping a mission driven culture.
